DAAD does not award scholarships for fully funded Bachelor studies in Germany. (The ‘Scholarship programme for graduates of German Schools Abroad’ cannot be applied for individually. Selection is based on nomination by school authorities.) However, in most federal states students don’t have to pay tuition fees for undergraduate studies at public universities.
