CALL FOR TENDERS: Study on the Ratification and Implementation of the Tokyo and Global Conventions on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education in ASEAN

The EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE) will commission a study on the ratification and implementation of the Tokyo and Global Conventions on the recognition of qualifications in higher education in ASEAN. The objective of the study is to assess the current state of recognition practices across ASEAN, provide a comparative analysis with the Lisbon Recognition Convention and the Global Convention, and develop actionable recommendations to support the ratification of these conventions by ASEAN Member States and to promote their effective regional implementation.
